Especialized in Labour and Social Security Law, he has over 20 years of professional experience. He started his professional career in Madrid and then, 14 years ago, he moved to Andalucía to become the Manager of the Labour Department in Landwell-PwC in Málaga. He joined GVA-Gómez Villares & Atencia in September 2016.
His field of expertise is very wide and he acquired his knowledge working for enterprises of different economic sectors —public, real estate, tourism and services, technology, finances, agriculture, automotive, etc.
He has focused on offering professional legal, labour advice to companies with a wide range of services —continuous legal and labour advice, personal and company disagreements and conflicts, group negotiation, bankruptcy restructuring, working contract termination, labour condition modification, labour and Social Security problem solving, legal and labour reports, etc.
Collaborator with several universities and business schools, speaker at different conferences, co-writer and writer or coordinator of journalistic collaborations regarding his field of expertise.
