She was born in Helsinki and, since 1996, she lives in Costa del Sol. She masters Spanish, English, Finnish and Swedish, and is also fluent in Danish, French and Scandinavian in general.
She has been actively practicing the profession in Marbella for years, dealing with the representation of small and medium-sized companies throughout her career, having participated in numerous real estate investment transactions, providing general legal advice to foreign clients, as well as advice on international successions, international taxation, commercial law and corporate compliance. She joins GVA Gómez-Villares & Atencia to meet the demands of the foreign population.
In her day-to-day life, she distributes and coordinates the orders of a large part of the firm’s Nordic clients and deals mainly with transactions in the fields of real estate, commercial / corporate law, construction law, international successions, and international taxation in collaboration with the tax department of the Firm. She represents various developers, real estate investors and companies on the Costa del Sol and is regularly involved in a large number of real estate transactions.
As she highlights, she faces each case with determination, positivity and agility, and always seeks to locate the best solution for the client and his project.
She has directed a variety of different conferences and presentations on Real Estate and International Succession Law, as well as on Inheritance Tax and the taxation of non-residents.
Publishes articles of a legal nature on a regular basis in different media.
She is a member of the Illustrious Malaga Bar Association.
