Well-known Commercial Law specialist and expert lawyer. He has practised for over forty years. His professional advice is often requested by other colleagues to guide judicial and arbitration proceedings or to settle conflicts among their clients.
Chaired Commercial Law Professor at the University of Alcala. Commercial Law Professor at the School of Law of the Pontificia Comillas University (ICADE) in Madrid.
Member of the Madrid Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arbitration Court and of the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
Member of the Granada Jurisprudence and Legislation Academy. Member of the General Legislation Commission. He has been the Rector and the Dean of the Malaga University.
He is the author of a large number of publications within his speciality, mainly in Corporate Law and Insolvency.
